FallingWest.ca is our Canadian storefront and is intended to display prices and process orders in Canadian dollars (CAD).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each Falling West product is made to order. Production usually takes approximately 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time. Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, product, and shipping method.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once it becomes available.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, colour choices, or changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll review the issue. Please see our Returns & Replacements page for full details.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the sizing information on the product page carefully before ordering. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we generally cannot exchange products when the wrong size was selected during checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund.
Why did I receive more than one package?
Some orders may be fulfilled or shipped separately. If that happens, your items may arrive in multiple packages and you may receive separate tracking information.

Will my order always be produced in Canada?
We select fulfillment options for the Canadian store with Canadian customers in mind, but production location can vary by product, size, colour, availability, and fulfillment partner.
How do I know which shirt colour will look best with a design?
Available colours are shown on each product page. Because screens display colours differently, the actual product colour may vary slightly from what appears on your device.
Will the design look exactly like it does on my screen?
We work to make product images as accurate as possible, but slight differences in colour, positioning, or print appearance can occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
How should I care for my shirt?
For best results:
- Wash inside out
- Machine wash cold
- Use similar colours
- Avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over the printed design
