At Falling West, each product is made to order. Once you place an order through FallingWest.ca, it is sent into production before being packaged and shipped to you.
Shipping in Canada
FallingWest.ca is our Canadian storefront and is intended for customers shipping to addresses in Canada. Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout when available.
We select products and fulfilment options with Canadian customers in mind. However, the production location can vary by product, size, colour, availability, and fulfilment partner, so we cannot guarantee that every order will be produced in Canada.
Processing Time
Because our products are made specifically for each order, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days, although production times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or when a particular product or variant requires additional time.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your province or territory, the carrier, the fulfilment location, the shipping method selected, and factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, your items may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one package and separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen after an order has shipped. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
